PacketFront's solution for automation and control of broadband networks includes a number of unique centralized systems that are tailor-made for reducing the complexities of broadband network deployment with a special focus on the cost-efficient control and provisioning of triple-play services.
The principal component of the automation and control solution is our award-winning control and provisioning system, BECS™, BECS
controls the network elements and the services, and uses the access and aggregation routers
to enforce the control policies. Traditionally BECS only worked in a PacketFront environment, but recently BECS has been enhanced, and is now able to control and provision third party equipment. The second cornerstone is PacketFront's Broadband Business Engine (BBE) - the ultimate system to handle efficiently business processes in a broadband network. It is a modular system, which allows a pay-as-you-grow approach.
