Henrik Scharp - Chief Executive Officer
Henrik has been a board member in PacketFront from 2007 and during the last year CEO of PacketFront. Henrik has prior to becoming the CEO of PacketFront worked with investments in the industry and technology area. He was also the CEO of 42Networks until the divestiture in the end of 2006. Prior to this Henrik has held several management positions within the Ericsson Group working on and off with Broadband access since the beginning of the 1990s. Henrik holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden and an MBA from INSEAD, France.

Christina Rubenhag - Chief Financial Officer and HR
Christina has a background in the telecommunications and energy industries. She has held positions as CFO and business controller at SWE-DISH, Allgon and Shell. Christina has a Master of Business Administration from Umeå School of Business in Sweden.

Johan Bergman - Head of Business Unit Network Solutions
Johan has more than 25 years of experiences in the telecommunication area with assignments worldwide. He has held several management as well as sales leader positions in companies such as BT, NetAdmin, NetUp, Netinsight, Upnet and Merkantildata. Johan has a Diploma in Marketing Economics.

Johnny has spent the last 12 years in various management positions in the wireless telecommunications industry. He joins PacketFront from his latest position as VP Product Development at Powerwave Technologies. Johnny has a Masters degree in Computer Science.

Ulf Avrin - CEO PacketFront Software Solutions
Ulf has extensive international experience as a manager and senior leader in a number of companies in the telecommunications and software industries such as Ericsson, Microsoft, Mobeon. Ulf is member of the board of Phase Holographic Imaging AB, a Sweden based high growth early stage company. He holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, and an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School, United Kingdom.

Sheng Zhe - CEO PacketFront Shanghai Ltd.
Sheng has more than 14 years experience in telecom industry focusing on R&D activities. Before joining PacketFront Shanghai as general manager in 2007, he had been working for Ericsson R&D Shanghai over 9 years in different management roles such as line manager, project manager and product line maintenance manager etc. He holds an BSc in Applied Physics from Shanghai University of Science and Technology and MSc in MTM (Master of Technology Management) from HKUST (HongKong University of Science and Technology).

Simon Cornwell - Chairman of the Board
Simon joined Amadeus in 2001 from Two Way TV, a digital TV entertainment and technology company, where he was chief executive. Prior to founding Two Way TV, Simon worked at the Boston Consulting Group in the US and at the Granada Group in the UK.
Simon holds a Masters degree in Management from the Yale University and a MA in Modern Languages from Oxford. Simon sits on a number of boards including that of Transmode AB.

Hans Blomberg - General Partner of European Equity Partners
Hans is General Partner of European Equity Partners (EEP) and a director of Prenax and Transmode. Prior to EEP, Hans worked actively with investments in technology related growth companies as a private investor. Between 1987 and 1992, Hans served as Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions at Merrill Lynch International. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1987 and his MSc in Electrical Engineering from Linkoping Institute of Technology in 1983.

Maurizio Caio - Founder and Managing Partner of TLcom
After four years with McKinsey & Company in Europe, Maurizio became a founding partner of Bain & Company in Italy and was - until April 1999 - a Director of Bain & Company's telecom/technology practice. He has spent 15 years advising CEO's and senior management of European and Silicon Valley telecommunications, technology and media companies.
Maurizio has a Summa cum Laude Laurea degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and New York University, and an MBA from Stanford University. Maurizio sits on a number of boards including Netscalibur and Topica.
