PacketFront Software Solutions AB
PacketFront has created a new legally independent subsidiary: PacketFront Software Solutions AB. PacketFront Software Solutions has become effective as of November 1st, 2011 and will be part of PacketFront Holding AB, which contains 3 legal independent entities:
· PacketFront International AB (containing the businesses of CPEs, Access products and complete FTTH solutions for the Swedish market)
· PacketFront Shanghai Ltd (R&D center for the PacketFront Group) and
· the newly formed PacketFront Software Solutions AB (offering broadband management solutions).
The reasons for this change are to enable PacketFront Software Solutions to enter new market segments and to liaise with other equipment manufacturers. With this move we gain the required independence and neutrality when dealing with equipment manufacturers. PacketFront Software Solutions will be headed by Ulf Avrin.
